SMALL CULVERT/ DITCH DIGGER NEEDED

I have a narrow and shallow ditch that runs from a pond to a stream--about 50-70 feet long. It has become filled in with silt, leaves and other debris. I heed someone to shovel out that stuff and deepen the culvert by six inches or so. Should take maybe half of a day/ just a few hours. Shovels required, waterproof boots recommended. Will pay by the hour. Let me know your hourly rate and when you can do the project.
