This intern will receive daily maintenance tasks to accomplish, such as repairing, inspecting, installing, and troubleshooting various commercial property equipment. The intern will need to be a quick learner, have an eye for detail, willingness to work with their hands, and be dependable. This position requires the ability to work independently, safety consciousness, troubleshoot, work with hand tools, and maintain a professional courteous manner with all tenants, vendors, contractors, and employees.
