Warriors Weapons & Wheels Benefit Ride Landing at the American Legion in Claysburg, PA Thursday August 11h Camping available (after 5pm)* Friday August 12th Camping available pull in any time* Pre-Ride fun with a Corn Hole Tournament, Food Trucks and vendors starting at 6pm with Bone Jacked playing 6pm-10pm ($5.00 per person entertainment entry) Saturday August 13th Bike Run (Starting at the UVA in Bellwood PA 419 Main St, Bellwood, PA 16617) Registration begins at 9:30a $25.00 per driver/$10.00 per passenger. Pre-registration gets you 1 event t-shirt. (hyperlink for registration) Additional t-shirts available $10.00. Included with the bike run tickets is the After-Party! Starting with dinner served from 5:30-6:30p OX Roast, side salads, and dessert! (Non-Event Riders $10.00 per person dinner tickets available) From 6:00p-9:30p Rokk Candy will be live rocking the OUTSIDE stage (8pm-8:30pm thank you’s and raffle drawings) 10p-1a Shallow 9 takes the OUTSIDE stage for more great music. (Non-Event Riders $10.00 per person entertainment admission for after-party bands) Bring your own chairs for the music! We will have pull tabs and 50/50s Sunday August 14th pack up and leave by 2pm *Camping fees Tent camping or trailer camping (no water or electric hook ups) If special accommodation for medical conditions is needed notify us prior to the event to ensure needs can be met. Camp fees do not include the bike run or entertainment. Separate bracelets for entertainment and/or food required. • Unlimited tent camping available. $5.00 each night per person - Group discounts available for families/larger groups • Campers will be parked in a first come first serve basis. If you prefer to park in a specific area, get there early! Camper Camping fee is $5.00 Thursday $10.00/day for Friday, $10.00 Saturday. No fee for Sunday Bring your own chairs for the music!
