Comedy night returns to Pennington's July 22nd with our first annual FREE CUSTOMER APPRECIATION SHOW celebrating one year of you supporting Pennington's bringing award winning, national talent to Jewett, OH! Featuring the hilarious Zako Ryan, special guest Eric Fretty, as well 99.9FM WTUZ's Morning Show Host Mike Conley who will host the evening as well as perform!! Seating will be on a first come, first serve basis!! Doors will open at 5pm! Kitchen closes at 8pm, Show will begin at 9pm! (note: this will not be a dinner show) ZAKO RYAN is a world traveling actor and stand up comedian, was born in Beaufort, South Carolina, bred in Toledo, Ohio and resides in Chicago, Illinois. After military service and college, he thought, “what better way to exercise my Engineering degree than to dip my toes into stand up comedy?”. Since then, he’s made people laugh in over 30 states and 4 countries, including stages of comedy royalty such as Laugh Factory, Improv, and Zanies Comedy Club. You’ll often find him overstepping to shed light on common daily occurrences. This southern charmer never asks for forgiveness while exposing his versions of the truth. Zako Ryan puts on a show appealing to any demographic setting aside cultural differences and finding common ground through laughter. ERIC FRETTY is a stand up comedian, filmmaker, and model and recently graduated from the Harold Ramis Film School at The Second City and produces a monthly stand up comedy show at The Center Stage Theater. Eric has performed at the Comedy Cafe (R.I.P.), Comedy Bar, Second City and Comedy on State. He started modeling and doing stand up comedy at the ripe and supple age of 17. His comedy is representative of life as a member of Gen-Z and covers topics from 9/11 to getting stuck in awkward conversations all with an over-comforting surrealistic flair. He also might be a serial killer... but he'll never tell :-) MIKE CONLEY is a 25-year touring Headlining comedian based in Coventry Township, Ohio. His material covers everything from growing up a Catholic-Schooled middle child to surviving a major heart attack and quad-bypass surgery. Ages 21-81 thoroughly enjoy their evening as Mike’s audience. Whether it’s 25 people or 2500 people, everyone leaves with a smile on their face. He has performed with some of comedy's biggest names including, John Pinette, Louie Anderson, Sinbad, Steve Wright, “Weird Al” Yankovic just to name a few. He’s alway performed with music’s American Authors, as well as The Coasters.
