ISO- Someone to clip my dogs nails, microchip my cats.

I realize this is odd. I have 2 dogs that need their nails clipped and honestly, I just can't do it. I have clippers, styptic powder just in case, and will help in the process. They are fine at the groomer and vet, but right now their vaccines are out of date and I can't get an appointment until July 9th. I don't want them walking on long nails any longer than they have to and I've run out of ideas. I also have 2 cats that need their microchips, which I have, but again can't bring myself to do it. I'm open to ideas, and would like someone with experience. I would obviously pay reasonably. Thank you!
