We are a new property management company built to help out residential homeowners with all their home service needs. We are looking for a (licensed) HVAC technician to perform routine checks and maintenance on HVAC systems, as well as do HVAC related jobs, troubleshooting and estimates. We have ongoing demand from our homeowner customers for HVAC related services. Preferred qualifications: Possess an active refrigeration and air conditioning contractor's license 5+ years experience installing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems Ability to properly explain and document work, both to customers and to us Reliability, friendliness, knowledge The checklist includes items like: - Changing HVAC filters - Diagnosing HVAC issues - Maintenance of Furnace, Condensor and all other parts of an A/C system - Connecting and disconnecting HVAC systems - Installing new A/C systems The offer: $60-70/hr rate Pay immediately after the service is completed. Opportunity to get paid in advance after having completed at least 5 jobs!
