Kick It By Eliza, taught by instructor Shauna Cacace, is a 50 min cardio kickboxing fitness method that is music driven and kickboxing inspired. Kick it includes a warm up, cardio kick boxing, low impact toning, and a meditative cool down while moving to the beat of the music. The goal is always to feel empowered and have fun. All Fitness levels welcome!
Only equipment needed is a yoga mat, water and sneakers! Class will be held outside on grass. Ticket price includes one beverage of your choice. The full kitchen & bar menu will be available to purchase before & after class.
Please arrive by 5:45p to check in. Class will begin at 6:00p
The class is open to all ages, 21+ to drink alcohol.
