I have spent many years in commercial kitchens, my organizational and prep skills are really incredibly strong! Ideally for me I'm looking for someone who needs someone to prep part-time days. I'm not necessarily looking to get back on the line but I am a team player and I could jump in to help in that situation. I have all of my own culinary tools, knives what have you. I show up ready to work, keep my head down do my job, go home come back the next day and do it again. Strictly old school. I understand the industry, I understand the nickels and dimes of food service and how vitally important it is not to waste,,, anything. I'm the kind of person that if I say I'll be there you can depend on me to be there, no stories about how my dog ate my homework or my car broke down or I got arrested and blah blah blah blah blah, as I said strictly old school I will be there if I say I'll be there.
