Rehoming a Hermanns Tortoise

I am rehoming a Western Hermanns Tortoise. He is about 3 years old. He is roughly 9 inches around. I have attached pictures. He is a great pet and very active. I am asking a $500 rehoming fee as he is an exotic animal and needs a committed and good owner.
