Braintree Community Yard Sale at All Souls Church Lawn, 196 Elm Street, corner of Church and Elm Streets, Braintree - SUNDAY! August 21, 2022, 8 am to 1 pm. RAIN DATE is Sunday, August 28. YES! Our annual yard sale is back! And at the same price as 2019! SELLERS - Rent a 10x10 space for $25, rent a space with one of our banquet size tables and a chair for $35. Family friendly items, please. Set up begins at 7 am out of consideration for our neighbors. BUYERS - Free Admission. No early birds, please. We are so happy to be returning to this outdoor annual event. Setup is at 7 am. Canopies and umbrellas are allowed as long as they fit in your 10x10 space and do not encroach on neighboring spaces or walkways. All items not sold must be removed and taken home by sellers. Any Textiles in Any Condition may be bagged up and placed in our WHITE textile donation bin at the back of the church for collection. Including stuffed animals! See list of what can be donated below … items must be bagged. This is a much-needed fundraiser for All Souls Church of Braintree. There is a small processing fee added to your ticket price charged by Eventbrite. All reservations must be paid for in advance of yard sale. Questions?
