HVAC experience preferred, EPA ________________________________________________________________________________ $1500 Sign-on Bonus! + 💰PAY: Up to $23 an hour Plus $70/week on-call bonus and quarterly bonuses up to $1200 a year Full benefit package, 20% off rent, 80hrs pto, and more! ________________________________________________________________________________ This is a hands on maintenance position and is responsible for property inspections, make readies, work orders, general maintenance and repair. The position is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet Monarchs established standards. What We Need: Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program Exterior structural maintenance as needed Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone Snow removal (when applicable) Pool maintenance (where applicable) What We Offer: Pay up to $21.00 Per Hour Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise every year Renewal commissions shared monthly with maintenance Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $300.00 On-Call Bonus, $70 a week 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a matching component.
