2022 Annual Grantee Meeting sponsored by the Louisiana Children's Trust FundThis event is MANDATORY for all recipients who receive LCTF Funding. This year’s meeting will be held in-person in Baton Rouge on Friday, August 12th from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. We request that each agency have a minimum of two (2) individuals from your organization attend. It is recommended that at least one (1) of those persons include the budget director/manager who will be responsible for submitting monthly invoices on behalf of the agency. This meeting will be in-person. Using the Louisiana State Travel Regulations as your guide, you may want to stay overnight. This is move-in weekend at LSU - make your reservations early! We have two options for your rooming - we have limited availability at the Lod Cook hotel and we have an overflow block of rooms arranged at the Marriott Courtyard on Acadian Thruway (edge of campus).
