Saturday August 20, 2022 at 902 South 15th Street Change Today, Change Tomorrow is hosting our annual free Vegan Cookoff! Event sponsored by Kroger and KY Select Properties. Come by to sample and vote on a variety of vegan dishes from several different local vegan chefs. We will also be giving out shares of locally sourced produce (Cleav's Family Farm), organic supplements and herbal teas (Health Daddy Wow), and cold-pressed juice (Leo's Juice Bar). Change Today, Change Tomorrow is seeking up to 7 cooks for the Healthy Change Vegan Cook-off. Sign up for a chance to win $500, runner-up $250!All cooks go home with $50. Must be able to serve 100 quarter servings, equal to 25 full servings. Sign up by reserving a ticket and reaching out to [email protected] by emailing your name, company (if applicable), electricity needs and dish you will be cooking along with the recipe. Desserts are acceptable dish submissions. CTCT can provide 4 oz sample cups, dinner napkins, sample plates and 8 oz drinking cups if needed.
