Help needed home/office fixup, organization, more

Looking for someone reliable and honest, and able to pass a background check if necessary. I need help part-time with my home/office for various minor construction, cleanup, and organizing business inventory, and more. If you have experience with epoxy, you may be a significant help with a project using epoxy and fiberglass waterproof a large walk deck above the office. Experience with epoxy is not necessary, just helpful. But I do need someone with at least a little experience in various areas of construction, or handyman type of work. Apprentice level is fine.
