Description
I have a small auto broker/sales company and need a small office space. It would need to be zoned CB-2 for my licensing requirements along with 2 parking spots and a sign, at minimum. Would prefer to merge my car storage and office space together, but have no problem housing everything off-site from the office. I just need a physical business address and minimal accommodations for my licensing requirements. Please let me know if you have any ideas for a fresh local entrepreneur!
