Join us Tuesday, July 5th at 11 am at the Wrightwood-Ashburn for our launch of STEM in Motion! We are taking our playful engineering-based learning (PEBL) activities on the road to 60 Chicago neighborhoods this summer to engage K-8 students with STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) by making learning fun.
Thanks to our collaboration with Tufts University Center for Engineering Education and Outreach (CEEO) and a grant from the LEGO Foundation, we will bring our STEM-in-Motion Mobile Tinker Labs to each neighborhood library where children will participate in play-based challenges around the theme of “City of Stories.”
We hope to see you at our launch on Tuesday, July 5th at 11 am at the Wrightwood-Ashburn Chicago Public Library at 8530 S. Kedzie Avenue.
