In this workshop we'll make a "magical" style of comfortable flip-flop with limitless opportunities for embellishment, so bring your beads, tassels, chains and pom-poms! We will make one pair of sandals, but you will learn techniques for making a mind-boggling assortment of other styles. Directions and patterns will be provided for making many styles of sandals in adult and children's sizes. Learning to cut out the leather sole and strap, punch stitching holes, hand stitch and burnish your sandals will prepare you to make other styles of footwear and other leather objects.
