He treats hepatobiliary-pancreatic disorders and upper GI tract cancers with minimally invasive robotic surgery at Advocate Luthern General Hospital. He began exclusively practicing at Advocate Lutheran General in 2012 after establishing an advanced robotics surgery center in his native country, Italy, where he was one of the first in the world to use a robot for general surgery. Dr Sbrana uses the Da Vinci Robot, an advanced surgical system to complete his procedures.
