Please join 99 Bottles and Sommelier Josh Voytek for an interactive wine experience to expand your knowledge and appreciation of wine. Join Certified Sommelier Josh Voytek on an exploration of Sparkling Wines. This is a class designed to introduce you to many different styles of sparkling wines from around the world including France, Italy and Spain. Sparkling wines are often thought of as beverages only for celebrations or special occasions, but they can be extremely versatile and food-friendly. They can vary from super sweet to bone-dry and can be made from many different types of grapes as well. Come to learn about the different ways sparkling wines can be produced, as well as trying some great examples of wines like Cava, Lambrusco, and Champagne side-by-side to see differences in quality and flavor profiles, and discover your favorite summertime sparkler! There will be one class time available starting out. Class space is limited. Tickets are $30 per person, which includes a 60 minute wine class and samples.You must purchase a ticket for each wine class you would like to attend. *You MUST be 21-years-old or older, and have a valid ID to attend this class. If you purchase a ticket, and are not 21 or older, or have a valid ID you will not be able to participate is the class, and you will NOT receive a refund. Save paper!
