Yoga can be intimidating and seem difficult if you are new to the practice. Our Jade Yoga class is the perfect place to experience the physical and mental health benefits of yoga. Jade is a slow-paced yoga flow class that focuses on building a strong foundation for your yoga practice. While holding poses for several breaths, the body will begin to open, strengthen, and retain muscle memory. Bring your towel and bottled water for this 60 min class.
