High Performance Homes (HPH) is now hiring for an experienced Roof Inspector. The Roofing Inspector works directly with our Installation team and the homeowner to ensure all of our customers have received a quality and High Performance roof installation. Your time will also be required to manage vendor performance expectations. HPH provides a competitive base wage, work/life balance and health benefits. Because we are growing, HPH is also offering a $500 sign-on bonus at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Come and join the team!! JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: Hire, onboard & terminate subcontractors. Inspect job sites. Following quality and completion checklists. Understand all necessary building codes for roofing and venting. Prepare final inspection reports Submit reports to the install department for customer documentation and management review. Perform minor roofing repairs. Provide excellent customer service. Follow company customer communication protocols. Problem solve and propose solutions to field installation issues. Main point of contact for all repairs and leaks within the defined region. Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork, positive, honest and effective communication, and professional interactions with co-workers, customers (clients and talent), and other partners. QUALIFICATIONS Positive, energetic, trustworthy. A stickler for quality. Great customer relations skills to provide high levels of customer satisfaction. Loves to problem solve and find solutions that work. Derive personal satisfaction from a job well done. A team player. A minimum of 5 years of experience installing roofs. Experience working in a high-volume construction industry. Able to perform minor roofing repairs. Able to travel within the Seattle area service territory. Proficiency with Google Cloud, Google Sheets and Smartphone apps, a plus.
