The Clean Team motto is not your basic cleaner. We strive to provide our clients the most thorough cleaning with the best, friendliest, and most up-beat customer service. We are insured and provide you with all the necessary supplies and equipment needed to complete each job as well as one-on-one training until you and the client are comfortable. This position offers a laid back environment where you can stick in your ear buds, listen to your favorite music or the latest podcast while you make good money. Starting wage is $30/hr with a review after the first 6 months. Benefits include one week of paid vacation after the first year, Christmas Bonus, complimentary hair services every 8 weeks, paid travel time as well as some paid holidays. There is plenty of room to grow within the role and with the business We are looking for individuals who like having the freedom of a flexible work schedule, and we are able to accommodate part time or full time hours. This is a great opportunity for moms who need to work around school schedules, a college student looking for summer work, or a retiree looking to stay busy. We are looking for individuals who are able to work both as part of a team or independently. Basic duties include vacuuming, mopping, wiping down baseboards, cleaning kitchen and bathroom surfaces, toilets, mirrors, dusting, and other tasks as assigned. Our job sites include occupied residential homes, turnover cleanings to prepare vacancies for incoming tenants, and final cleanings for recently completed new construction sites in anticipation of their new homeowners. Prior experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and consistent in delivering quality work. Additionally, a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills are imperative.
