The Landscape Maintenance Project Manager primary goal is to deliver exceptional finished products that meet company and client expectations; on time & budget. Job responsibilities -Provide high-level, concierge-style maintenance services that improve the livability of each client’s outdoor space -Effectively lead a crew in the servicing of high-end gardens and accounts -Successfully operate and maintain ground equipment and power equipment -If desired, utilize your skills and experience with enhancements by working on drainage solutions, installation of light plantings, leaf removal, tree planting, spring clean-up, and other polishing services -Operate a variety of hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner -Troubleshoot and repair landscape irrigation and lighting systems -Ensure the clients home is left clean and organized -Customer and Maintenance Manager liaison Requirements -Great attitude and ability to lead a team -Ability to think critically and give tasks to technicians and hold them accountable to those tasks -Strong eye for detail -Strength and stamina to carry 80 pounds -Ability to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other areas of our facilities -Strength, stamina, and mobility to perform physical work outdoors, especially during hot and cold weather conditions
