Found black & white cat, male, 17yr

Found a small 17-year-old neutered male cat, black with white chin and feet, on June 28 in Arbor Heights (near the border of West Seattle and Burien). Has a microchip but registration is out of date (last updated ten years ago in Colorado). Extremely underweight but otherwise healthy and very friendly.
