Bassist for prog/metal

Bassist interested in starting/joining a prog/metal project. Looking for other like minded guitarists, drummers, synth/key players. I am 31, if that matters...don't really care about age ranges of participants. Music theory knowledge is a plus. I would like to lean more towards instrumental music, but am not opposed to vocals if it is a good fit. The prog metal genre is more of a jumping off point, as I would like to incorporate a lot different elements. -mixture of dynamics: heavy, ambient and everything in between (like to incorporate synths/pedals to balance out distortion) -odd time signatures -nonconventional song forms and harmony -mixture of genres Influences: King Crimson, Rush, Opeth, Porcupine Tree, Intronaut, Plini, Animals as Leaders, Rivers of Nihil, Intervals, etc. Have a good practice space as well. Must be vaccinated for covid.
