Pay range from $20/hr-$30/hour based on experience. We are looking for General Construction Laborers for residential interior finishes and insulation work. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. The work can be physically strenuous so we pay well! Some duties include: Demolition, air sealing and insulating exterior and interior walls, ceilings, crawl spaces, and attic spaces of residential, commercial, and industrial job sites. Light carpentry, drill/hammers/skill saw. Install caulk and foam where needed. Install insulation stops, chutes, and blockers where needed. Keeps accurate count of all materials taken to the site, installed, and returned to the warehouse. A PROJECT LEAD is responsible for the successful completion of projects and must have an understanding of building science and the applications used in the insulation/home performance industry. A PROJECT LEAD will meet with site supervisor/homeowner at the beginning and end of each job for pre and post inspections, to answer any questions and ensure a thorough quality job. A project lead will be paid a competitive wage + bonuses for timely and efficient completion of projects. REQUIREMENTS: • A valid driver's license with a clean driving history • High School diploma or GED
