Hello! My husband and I work from home and have a new townhome in Erie with our 16 year old Amazing daughter. We run a Life Coaching Company and work a lot of hours especially from Zoom. I would love a new housekeeper with great calming energy that naturally likes to clean and takes pride in doing a great job. I need someone that is great at doing laundry and is attentive to detail and orderly with putting things away correctly. I prefer someone that is a self starter and can come to the house and intuitively know what needs to be done and take care of it every day so the house looks amazing with great energy. I am usually on calls back to back with clients so I do not have extra time for giving direction or small talk. We are a God first, family second household, and we do not drink or smoke or have pets. I am pretty passionate and active politically on the conservative side, but do not do well with people that are judgmental. I believe in having a great attitude and an excellent work ethic and do not tolerate negativity or complaining of any sort in my environment. Someone who is naturally very positive and likes to do a great job with skills naturally inclined to this position will do well. I would also like a person that can be flexible and run errands for me, take my car to the carwash and for maintenance, and pick up food or make smoothies, etc...Basically is willing to do whatever needs done for me to work effectively (and still be a good wife & mom). This is a contractor (1099) position so I will be paying you weekly through PayPal. If your house and car is clean and orderly and you always get compliments on your positive attitude and sweet demeanor than this is probably a good fit for you. A good fit is someone that is naturally a caretaker type and gets a sense of fulfillment from making the house a great place for everyone to thrive in. Like I said I am usually working the entire time you are here so you will need to be mindful of that (and need to do things quietly) and not be a personality type that likes to talk a lot or needs a lot of direction or attention. (I usually recruit those types to my sales team lol) If this intuitively feels like a great fit for you then please apply and I look forward to working with you if you are a match!
