Lost motorcycle helmet and luggage

White motorcycle helmet with stickers (big CA 1 highway sticker on back with red and white reflectors), black leather saddle bags, and magnetic tank bag both full of personal tools, notebooks, book, and personal living items. Lost off hallen Dr. In valley West area of Arcata. Was left at entrance of complex by mistake and was gone when I went to retrieve them. Please if anyone has seen these bags I absolutely need everything that's in there and I will offer a reward if anyone finds anything. I can't even ride my motorcycle out of where I'm stranded at without the helmet please help
