Housekeeper for Airbnb Needed

I need a housekeeper to clean my Airbnb about three to four times per week. I have had the Airbnb for appox 3.5 years. My current cleaning lady has been with me for 3 years. The two most important qualities needed are dependability and attention to detail. The Airbnb is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house. It is 1000sq ft. It takes about 1-1.5 hours to clean. I pay per cleaning. During your trial period (about a month) I pay $25 per cleaning cash. After the trial period I will help you open a small business and I will pay $30 per cleaning. I typically pay between $400 to $500 per month depending on the bookings. I am also going to be opening another Airbnb so that amount could almost double soon. This will not be a primary job but you will need to be available between the hours of 11am to 2pm. This could be a great job for a stay at home mom looking to supplement income and need a place that the baby can come while you are cleaning. This could also be a good job for someone going to school and has free time in the afternoon. You must live in Ellensburg to apply for this position! I need someone local.
