Calling all couples, foodies, Phoenicians, and friends, join us as culinary globetrotter, Chef Steve Couch, from the hit Food Network show Guy's Grocery Games, expertly curates a unique and delicious culinary and cultural experience, infusing his travels to over 35 countries into a date night cooking class, in an upscale setting overlooking Hance Park. A little about Chef Steve: Chef Steve Couch is the founder and Executive Chef for Mr. Eat Right: Personal Chef Services, which provides approachable, engaging hospitality services; and customized, seasonally-inspired cuisine, created to meet the needs of individuals, groups, and families seeking fresh food, incredible dinner parties and events, team-building activities, or culinary education. His culinary perspective is the intersection where the Mediterranean meets the Caribbean: the perfect balance of lemon and limes, a thoughtful tribute to each. A native of Detroit, Michigan, Chef Steve is now a full-time resident of Phoenix, Arizona. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Michigan State University, an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and an endorsed certificate in Personal/Private Chef Services, granted by Grand Rapids Community College. His travels and natural curiosity have taken him all over the world, and include nutrition research in South Africa; a chef position at the historic St. Andrews Link’s Trust Golf Course in St. Andrews, Scotland; and various cooking positions within the United Kingdom and the United States. Chef Steve has appeared as a regular contributor to Take 5 and Company, the most-watched lifestyle show on WZZM-ABC 13 in western Michigan; and Season 3 of Guy’s Grocery Games, an innovative, competitive cooking show on The Food Network. His passion for food, cooking and improving the lives of others is evident in everything he creates and shares.
