The Gastronomic Union of Tucson presents:  GUT Goes to the Movies!  The chefs of GUT take inspiration from Hollywood blockbusters, foreign indie films, and cult classics alike to bring you an imaginative dinner with nods to classic haute cuisine, international fare, and whimsical flights of fancy. Courses in this dinner pay tribute to the films: Julie & Julia, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, Tampopo, Big Night, and Ratatouille. GUT Goes to the Movies! will take place at Mountain Oyster Club at 6400 E. El Dorado Circle in Tucson. Hors d’oeuvre and welcome cocktails will begin at 6 pm, with dinner service to begin at 6:30. Tickets are $90 and include a welcome cocktail and wine or chefs’ choice of beverage pairings.
