This class is for the student that has had some experience with bowl turning. The "Introduction to Turning" class is recommended as a prerequisite. Because of the nature of turning a large, flatter surface the student will learn additional methods of securing and chucking your piece as you go through the turning process. All materials are included. Students have the option of providing their own eye and ear protection. Otherwise, it will be provided. A safety face shield is also recommended.Safe
