Join us on Saturday, July 30th for an outdoor Pure Barre class at Red Cow in Edina! Class begins at 9:00 AM sharp. Grab a friend, bring a mat and water, and we will be ready to tuck it out with you! Enjoy a 50-minute series of low impact, high intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone your body.
