“M.O.R.E. MONEY” is a music/video production concept created by Cymone Davis, Former Town Manager of Tullahassee, OK to support the MORE Coalition and to create a social movement around the timely conversation of reparations and equity.
This concept is inspired by the music video “Entrepreneur” by Pharrell Williams ft. Jay-Z, where Black individuals and their businesses are showcased with a documentary lens. Instead of showcasing Black owners, “M.O.R.E. MONEY” will highlight certain Black towns and what wealth looks like in today's society.
“M.O.R.E. MONEY” as a song is spiritual and raw. The song discusses economic/political power, cities leading reparations, God leading Black people, and the African Diaspora’s past, present, and future. The song concept is inspired by both Sunday Service Choir- “Father Stretch” and Beyonce- “Formation”. We hope to create an anthem and movement for 2022.
“M.O.R.E. MONEY'' will primarily distribute through radio stations in Oklahoma, Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta, GA.
“M.O.R.E. MONEY'' will have a World Premiere on 07/04/22.
This production is sponsored by the NFL Foundation Social Justice grant, and #racismstinks, a nonprofit based in Tulsa, OK.
Complimentary champagne and red carpet experience for those who register! Networking starts at 5 pm and the premiere of the video at 5:30 pm.
