Need a loving owner

I'm posting this for my girlfriend because she doesn't know what to do. She's had her cat willow for 16 years and our living situation has changed and our landlord won't allow her to keep the cat. It's breaking her heart and I hate to watch it. We need a loving home for him to live out the rest of his life. He's super friendly and loves attention. He does have cataracts but he still gets around. We have all the cat necessities and are even willing to throw in a $100 gift card to PetSmart if someone can take care of him.
