Classic Collision is now hiring an Collision Estimator at our Anchorage locations. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and career advancement opportunities. Responsibilities • Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle • Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines • Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience • Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified • Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards • Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer • Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years of age • Valid Driver's License Required • Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person • Prior collision estimating experience preferred • Familiar with estimating systems • I-CAR / ASE certification preferred • Strong organizational skills • Successful completion of background check required Classic Collision is an EEO Employer and welcomes diversity.
