GROUNDS ATTENDANT- FT WAGE DOE Maintains the appearance of the outside grounds and interior plants. Cuts, trims, and rakes all lawn and grass areas. Trims and prunes all shrubs, trees, and related plant material. Maintains perennial flowers. Cleans up parking lot and grounds daily. Operates the irrigation system. Removes snow and ice from all side walks and parking areas as needed. Repairs and maintains all ground related power equipment. Provides for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules. Minimum qualifications: Previous groundskeeper experience preferred. Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to do frequent lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, bending, and stooping. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must be flexible in scheduling and able to work weekends and holidays. All FT positions include a full benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k+Match. MAINTENANCE MECHANIC PT/FT To repair and maintain the physical features of the hotel and grounds. Completes all assigned work orders, completes room calls as assigned, changes light bulbs and ballasts, and cleans up grounds and parking lot. Repairs faucets, toilets and drains. Paints, stains and/or repairs interior and exterior finishes. Fills out a daily Engineering reports and completes other duties as assigned by supervisor. Provides for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules. Minimum qualifications: Previous maintenance experience preferred. Must be familiar with hand and power tools. Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time. Ability to read, write, and speak the English language. Must be able to work unsupervised. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must be flexible in scheduling and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. EOE/AA/M/F/D/V
