Someone is flagging my posts. I am unsure why. So frustrating. Just want suggestions on training help for the pup I have. I have taken on a foster role, instead of the owners taking them to the pound. I am in, over my head. This poor pup, 6/7 months old large medium mixed breed is the biggest sweetheart. However, I just don't think my slightly loud house is the best fix for her. After having her for 3 months she still hides under the chair. She cowers when we walk by her. She lets me know when she has to go potty. She kennels when I tell her bedtime. The plan was to keep her long enough to get her shots completed and find her a new home, then it was to bring her out of her shell, then find her a home. 1 of the 2 are completed. I do not want to take her to the place I thought I was saving her from. I also am doubtful this is the right fit for her. Any suggestions on how to help this baby over come? Not treat or toy motivated. Clickers n squeakers make her go running for cover. She's spent most of her puppy phase hiding under a chair! That is extremely sad. No growling or aggressive behaviors at all. ** I have no idea what or even if something happened to her before our house. **
