We are looking for a hard working and dedicated Groundskeeper/Porter for 300+ unit community in San Antonio, TX. Job Requirement: -Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the property including curb appeal and upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings -Trash pick-up: grounds, garages and common areas -Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready -Power wash sidewalks, entry areas, common areas, pool deck, breezeways, etc. -Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Property Manager/Lead Maintenance Supervisor that will enhance the visual presentation of the property -Apartment Experience is a plus -Must have reliable transportation **Please apply ONLY if you live or can relocate WITHIN 30 MINUTES of this specific property location**
