60-unit family complex in Racine is seeking off-site Maintenance Manager.
Job duties include minor electric/plumbing repairs, Apt cleanouts, grounds maintenance, sidewalk snow removal and general maintenance. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Previous experience required.
Salary up to $3,120 per month
