I answered your CL post in September '17. The post was pretty simple as I remember it: tell me what you want and I'll give it to you. You gave so much more than I was prepared for. You drove from Chicago to Champaign at 3a.m. and we spent the night together, illicitly sneaking you through my family's home. We met another time, in November or December, and I paid for a hotel in Champaign before you returned to your ex in Texas. In '19 or '20, you texted me out of the blue to say hello and I was embarrassed or uncomfortable. I said I was "spoken for" and couldn't be friends while I was in this relationship. I deleted your message, but I still think about you. You're the most generous lover I've ever known and I suppose I long for that. -A
