need my gate finished easy work

I had a guy come out and build me a double swinging gate it’s 80% done just need some small stuff finished easy money I fly out of state every week for work so I don’t have time to do it, the gate was level with no sag but the guy drilled a lag bolt into my neighbors fence to keep mine up but then my neighbor couldn’t open his gate so when I took the bolt out now it sags and dosnt line up rite call or message for more info 971-404-6076
