Jeep Fender Flare Installation. Need to remove Rivet Nuts for the job

I have some front fender Flares that need to be installed. However, the aftermarket fenders I installed have rivet nuts in them and I can't remove them Job would to be removing the rivet nuts and installing the fender flares + Aftermarket fenders
