Job Description: Night Manager Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing our Night Manager Team. You are our eyes and ears in the field and your department helps ensure we deliver what we say we will. You must be the example for your team to follow. As a leader in our organization, your job is to identify the needs of the people who you serve and fulfill them. You are expected to maintain a professional attitude in an ever-changing work environment. We expect you to exercise good judgement in reporting concerns quickly to your direct The Night Manager Team is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors (IC). The team must be able to work independently and with others, in any type of facility including but not limited to; industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc. The team must be able to maintain a flexible schedule as the contractual demands for quality control and account orientation changes. Employee must also be able to exercise good judgment in reporting concerns to management and seeking the involvement of others to best meet clients’ needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with ICs by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems. · Execute the New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures as assigned. · Review scope of work and check work performed per account to retain existing business and gain new business. · Communicate with clients for any issues with security or disaster response that needs immediate attention. · Communicate client priorities with the representative of the IC affected. · Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the daily recap via email or phone message. · Make recommendations of ICs for work assignments on accounts based on personal judgment, past experience, and ICs strengths, weaknesses and availability; recommend terminating contracts with ICs for violation of client standards or company guidelines. · Electronically receive and plan accordingly for any inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention. · This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee frequently is required to drive to client sites and must possess a valid driver’s license, and on occasion transport heavy equipment and supplies.
