Independence! Work at your own pace! We provide a window for start time, and a goal time to finish the route. But the rest is up to you. Work at your own speed, stop to eat when you want, etc. WORK SUMMARY: No experience needed. We will train you. Small service area, very short driving distances. WHAT TO DO? You will clear snow from short residential paths and sidewalks. No driveway shoveling. Use a shovel or snowblower, the “snow plow” kind of shovel that deflects snow so you almost never have to lift it. We work after the snow storm has ended, so you will not need to drive in a blizzard. REQUIRED: Legally eligible to work in the USA. Valid Michigan driver license. Reliable transportation. You will travel to job sites in your own vehicle. Insurance. Must have standard car insurance, not just the state minimum. (The job pays for this: Working ONE SNOW DAY can pay enough to cover your car insurance cost for 6-12 months!) Must be able to walk and push snow with an angled shovel, or walk behind a snowblower. Must be able to bend and lift 10-15 pounds of snow with a snow shovel. For example, sometimes small amounts of snow have to be pushed over a curb. PREFERRED: Living in or near the Rochester / Troy / Oakland Twp / Auburn Hills / Pontiac area. This is a plus, but is not required. Experience in snow services and/or residential lawn care services is helpful, but not required. ************ Call or Text us today! Ask for Jason ************ CALL or TEXT TODAY to learn more and get signed up! PAY STRUCTURE: - Pay is direct deposit or paper check, every 2 weeks. - Make about $150 - $500 after each snow storm. This depends on how many routes you want to do. - Reliable returning employees can get promoted to a GUARANTEED a monthly pay position, so they get paid even if it does not snow. - Work harder than everyone else? You’ll make more money too. Pay is always fair and based on how much you get done. Every location has been measured, so pay reflects exactly how much work each stop will take to complete. More Pay Info: One route of 15-30 stops will take 1-4 hours to finish, and will pay $100-250. Each stop on the route pays $4-12, and usually takes 3-10 minutes to finish. Then you get in your vehicle again and head to the next stop, which is usually less than 2 minutes away. Every route is paid based on the exact number of stops you make, and based on the work required at each location. If snow is 6 inches or more, at each stop, pay is HIGHER. +++ Each shift you work adds to your end-of-season bonus, paid in April. +++ EQUIPMENT: You use a shovel or our snowblower, it's up to you. We can provide these. You drive your own car or truck from site to site. LOCATION: Rochester Hills. All stops are inside a 3 mile radius. TIME: All stops be completed less than 8 hours after any snowfall over 2 inches. We will call/text you when snow is expected to reach 2+ inches, and we will tell you the expected start and finish time range. You can start on your own, as soon as you’re ready to go, OR you can come to our garage and meet up with the team and have some coffee before getting started.
