Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain rental properties. The following functions/tasks would be the responsibility of the Maintenance Tech; 1) Perform all maintenance requests with basic knowledge of A/C, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation and appliance repair. 2) Perform preventative maintenance and scheduling of such. 3) Make ready of vacant units, including scheduling of other trades. 4) Assist Building Superintendent when needed. 5) Maintain a professional appearance. 6) Available for after-hours emergency calls, evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years experience in rental property maintenance preferred, the ability to communicate verbally, own tools to perform the job, must have valid driver's license and own transportation. Must have references and resume.
