We are looking for healthy cigarette smokers who: - Are between 21 and 39 years old - Do not smoke marijuana or other tobacco products - Do not have health problems - Do not take any prescription medications The purpose of the study is to examine the long-term effects of smoking on blood vessel function. Eligible volunteers will be invited to participate in a total of 3 study visits. Multiple ultrasound measurements will be taken before and after smoking.
