SEEKING SKILLED REMODELERS AC Home Design is an established and growing remodeling company looking for experienced employees or subcontractors. Our specialties are kitchens, bathrooms and basements and we also build decks, sunrooms, and home additions. We do semi-custom and custom work for our customers in the north Chicagoland area. Most of our business is by referral. We offer competitive pay based on experience, health insurance, holiday pay and paid time off. We are looking for people who are skilled in one or more of the following areas: finish carpentry, tile installation, flooring installation, door and window installation, basic remodeling skills (demo, site prep, drywall patching, hardware installation, lay cement board, patch siding, caulk, etc.) Job Requirements: - Remodeling experience necessary; pay is based on experience - Reliable vehicle and current driver license - Work tools - Successful completion of background check - Authorized to work in the US Expectations: - Uphold the company’s values of customer service and quality - Punctual and reliable - Strong communication skills - Organized - Ability to take and follow direction - Self-starter who shows initiative and wants to learn all aspects of remodeling
