We are 15 minutes from the last Santa Rosa exit off the 101 freeway in the charming town of Forestville. Our growing business is seeking a FULL TIME RESORT SUPERVISOR for our General Store/Office to join the fun, and help our business continue to grow! Our property offers RV sites, luxury canvas tent cabins, restored VW buses, and traditional tent sites. We have an arcade, sport court, event lodge, private house, horseshoe pits, a General Store, and a private beach just for our guests! We are situated between the charming towns of Forestville and Guerneville, yet only 15 minutes off the 101 freeway. We specialize in fun, and our Saturday Camp Activities (hayrides, face painting, movies etc.) are the reason that many of our loyal guests return each year! JOB DETAILS: The role we are seeking is a full time, year-round position. Based out of our General Store/Office the Supervisor will: - Make Good Decisions - The Supervisor, above all, is responsible for supporting the team of seasonal Camp Hosts working on property. The Supervisor ensures every guest has a great experience and that our Camp Hosts receive the support they need to make our resort run smoothly! - Direct the flow of work of Camp Hosts (are bathrooms clean? are cabins ready? did we order enough firewood?) These are some of the many details the Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing each day. The Supervisor works alongside our awesome Camp Hosts in executing the following: - ANSWER PHONES - take reservations, answer questions about the river, chat with guests about their upcoming stays! - SELL THINGS - our General Store is packed with awesome stuff including wine, ice cream, wood carvings, vintage patch flannels, hats, inner tubes, novelty items, and camping gear. - EMAIL - correspond with guests via email, make sure all guests receive a same day reply to any questions - DRIVE GOLF CARTS - escort guests to their sites, deliver firewood and ice, check on guests throughout our 15 acre property PAY: We offer a very competitive pay rate for the job!
