There’s a thief terrorizing neighborhoods breaking into vehicles and houses I have his picture He drives a 2010-2013 Black Cadillac XTS or a Cadillac CTS He stole 2-12” JL audio speakers with cage protectors over the speakers and the box is custom made and has been ported. If anyone knows him please be aware of this vehicle and this Hispanic younger guy. He has tattoos on his left arm If you recognize the picture and you know his name please let me know. If your tip gets my property back I will give you a $100 bill!
